Are you looking for a role where you are provided with the majority of your qualified leads so you can focus on spending your time with end clients closing deals?
We are working with a telecoms company that are looking to keep their business development managers in front of customers instead of lead generating. They already have a robust SDR team in place that is providing high quality leads, based on last years performance the Field sales team finished 110% of target with over 80% of the closed deals coming from the telesales department.
This business has a full UCaaS portfolio and are looking for experienced telecoms field sales staff who have a track record of winning new business. The main focus with be on hosted telephony as well as connectivity. They do also provide mobiles, but it is not a core focus for the business currently.
Important criteria for the role
* Full UK Driving License
* Consultative Sales Professional with a passion for sales
* Previous telecoms reseller or MSP experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experienced in Face-to-Face sales with the ability to present on site with clients
* Interest in Cloud Communications
* A deep interest in new technology
* Proven track record of achieving and performing within a Telecoms sales role
* Experience of working with a CRM
Essential Job Functions
* Promote the company’s products and services, selling the benefits to prospective & existing customers and closing deals
* Maximise lead conversion rates from Marketing Lead Generation by following up leads to an agreed SLA and communicating the correct sales value propositions for each sector
* Achieve Activity & Lead Conversion KPIs
* Ensure that all activity is logged and documented in SalesForce
* Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

* Base Salary £37,500
