Are you an organised, personable professional seeking a flexible, part-time role? We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to support our client at their business based in Dunfermline.

What you will get in your new role
This is a temporary, ongoing position, where you will recieve £12.00 per hour, with holiday pay accrued. The role is on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week, 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities within your new role as an Administrator
This role involves supporting the team with data entry and general administrative tasks, covering reception for 2 out of 3 days, and professionally managing incoming calls. Responsibilities also include greeting visitors, granting access to staff and deliveries, managing the office mailbox, and handling additional administrative duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred

Proficient in basic MS Office software and comfortable with data entry
