Salary: £28,000-£32,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

About the Role:

As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching,
and developing a team of customer service advisors, ensuring they deliver
exceptional service and meet performance targets. You will be a key driver in
fostering a motivated, results-driven team while maintaining the highest
professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve performance and quality
targets.
 Deliver structured training and ongoing coaching to enhance individual
and team capabilities.
 Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing action plans.
 Motivate and engage staff, creating a positive and high-performing work
environment.
 Handle escalations, providing expert guidance and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
 Drive continuous improvement, identifying trends and implementing
process enhancements.
 Collaborate with senior management, contributing to overall contact centre
success.

What We’re Looking For:

 Proven experience as a Contact Centre Team Leader or similar leadership
role in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong training and coaching expertise, with the ability to inspire and
develop staff.
 Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
 Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.
 A motivational leader who thrives in a target-driven environment.
