OLG Recruitment are currently looking for an Environmental Specialist for our client located near Immingham. This is a temporary position for 4 months, although the client also has a permanent requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collate and report environmental data – including but not limited to:

Daily monitoring of air and water parameters to ensure compliance status with environmental permit limits

Weekly environmental noise data processing

Monthly CO2 emissions collation and tracking

Support environmental incident investigations and root cause analysis

Support the business teams with environmental compliance

Co-ordination of waste disposal requests

Conduct technical reviews

Co-ordinate tenders for key environmental work

Key Skills:

Excellent excel skills.

Knowledge of environmental permitting and COMAH would be desirable but not essential.

Refinery experience would be desirable but not essential.

Process Engineer or Environmental Science/ equivalent Graduate
