This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that is at the forefront of the UK housing industry. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in shaping innovative residential developments, working on exciting multi-unit schemes with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Layout and Design Package Creation: Produce high-quality site layouts and comprehensive design packages for both Planning and Building Drawing packages.
Project Management: Utilise your strong project management skills to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within scope.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve design efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A relevant technical qualification (HNC, HND, Degree, etc.)
Demonstrable experience within the UK residential sector - working on projects for House Developers
Strong layout design ability
Proficiency in AutoCAD
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective project management capabilities
A valid UK driving license
