Position: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, North East
Pay: £30,180 per annum + Excellent added benefits!

This well-established, medium-sized home provides exceptional care to the elderly, including residential, dementia, and respite care services.

With over 10 years of providing top-tier care, this home boasts a GOOD CQC rating, spacious facilities, and a supportive team environment. As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead a dedicated care team, supported by a fantastic Home Manager and a strong senior management structure

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:

* Motivate, guide & support care staff to deliver the highest quality care

* Ensure all resident needs are met with personalised, compassionate care.

* Oversee and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company guidelines.

* Work closely with the Home Manager to provide outstanding leadership and support to the team and residents.

* Step into the Home Manager role when needed, maintaining smooth operations in their absence.

Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:

* Previous experience in elderly care & management

* A strong understanding of care regulations and best practices

* NVQ Level 4 or NVQ Level 5 (desirable or commitment to pursue relevant training)
