Candidate Resourcer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Candidate Resourcer to join our extremely professional and
friendly team.

As a business, we have over 20 years of experience within the recruitment industry. We
have developed business relationships with a vast range of clients across the UK and are
currently looking for an additional Resourcer to help support the team.
We currently recruit from within the Logistics, Production and Manufacturing industries for
various clients across the UK. We are recruiting in numerous different areas
demographically and are looking for support in generating and responding to our candidate
inquiries.
Our Resourcers are given all the tools and support they need to develop both themselves
and their career, we do not dictate, we do not plan your days, we set achievable targets and
offer you all the support required to achieve them.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Prioritising our client's requirements with support from the consultant's
* Obtaining a thorough understanding of the client's roles and the working environment
* Responding to all candidate applications in a professional and timely manner
* Generating social media content to support our marketing campaign's
* Supporting candidates through the online registration process
* Ensuring we have all correct and legally compliant documentation from all new candidates
* Creating eye catching email marketing mailshots
* Working closely with the team to identify exceptional candidates who fit our client's requirements
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will ultimately be responsible for the candidate
attraction and for supporting the candidate through the registration process.
The Offer:
* 11.75 per hour
* 28 days holiday per year + an extra day for your birthday
* The working week is 41.5 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday (phone number removed)
