We are seeking an experienced and passionate Permanent Registered Manager to lead the operations of their medium-sized care home. About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care aligned with CQC standards and regulations.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
Oversee all aspects of the care home’s daily operations, including staff management, recruitment, and development.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of residents.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high service standards.
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to uphold regulatory excellence.
Actively engage with residents, families, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and trust.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or elderly care setting.
Registration as a Manager with the appropriate qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding ratings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster meaningful connections with residents and their families.
Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective practices.
A commitment to professional development and staying updated on best practices in care management.
