A specialist Quantity Surveying consultancy with a family feel team, are seeking an intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor due to securing several new, long-term projects.

The Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work and learn under an experienced and supportive team based near London Waterloo.

Work wise, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will mainly work on projects valuing between £1m and £5m within the education and healthcare sector.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree

* 12+ months UK Quantity Surveying experience

* Quantity Surveying consultancy / Cost management work history

* Basic Pre and post contract experience

* Professional work ethic
