They’re seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, someone eager to grow and develop within their dynamic industry. The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the team in various stages of the construction process. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in tendering, construction management, and client relations, contributing to projects that set new standards in luxury residential living.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering

Conduct accurate take-offs from drawings and plans.

Prepare and collate sub-contract packages for review.

Construction Management

Draft and issue sub-contract orders.

Conduct valuations for sub-contractors and the main contractor.

Prepare and process change orders.

Attend client and team meetings to discuss project progress and deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using computers, with strong Excel literacy.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.

Basic understanding of contracts and legal documents is preferred.

Personal Attributes:

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Effective communication, with a presentable and professional demeanour when liaising with clients.

Ability to follow instructions closely, learn quickly, and work well under pressure.

An inquisitive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning in the industry.
