Senior Property Manager - Property Management

This established and forward thinking independent Estate and Letting Agents are now looking for a Senior Property Manager who will assist in overseeing a team and looking after a residential property portfolio.

Senior Property Manager - Property Management

Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
Managing all compliance certification post move in.
End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
Resolving generic enquiries.
Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.
Any other ad-hoc or required related duties.

Senior Property Manager - Property Management - Skills Required:

A calm, unflappable person, with strength of character (required when dealing with issues like return of deposits or repairs required to a property).
Systematic approach with strong administrative skills.
Problem solver.
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Secretarial skills would help so that the applicant would be able to generate their own letters.
