Contracts Manager

Following on from recent long term contract awards, our client is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to deliver various types of structural and remedial work scopes.

This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include:

* Provide regular project updates to commercial and management team

* Ensuring that both customer and company quality standards are upheld at all times

* Managing Projects within time and budget

* Assisting both management staff and site personnel meet their full potential using your experience

* Advocate the highest standards to health and safety generally whilst ensuring that companywide HSEQ procedures and processes are followed and adhered to on all sites

* Ability to confidently work at height

Requirements:

* Experience with working on multi storey buildings and experience in the application of the various fabric systems relation to this construction type is beneficial.

* Works are generally located in Aberdeen however the ability to travel is required.

* Experience in working in the same or similar role is necessary.

* You must hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS card, further certification in construction management is desirable.

* Driving licence is essential.

Role: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
