Direct Sales Executive – B2B Outbound Sales
Salary: £35k - £45k basic + commission
Location: Hybrid (Flexible Working. Home or office in Cheshire)
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for agriculture and a knack for closing deals? My client is hiring Direct Sales Executives who can confidently connect with customers, drive new business, and help grow their presence in the farming sector.
What You’ll Do
* Prospect and Sell – Proactively make outbound calls to potential B2B customers, introducing our full portfolio of agricultural products
* Build and Nurture a Pipeline – Establish relationships through follow-ups and create a steady flow of future customers
* Hit and Exceed Targets – Drive sales, increase contribution, and secure new business by meeting and surpassing key KPIs
What You’ll Bring
* Outbound telesales experience is a must (they will provide comprehensive product training)
* Understanding of the agriculture/farming sector, ideally with a grasp of animal nutrition basics
* Strong motivation to exceed targets and grow within the role
* Polite, friendly telephone manner with the confidence to close sales
* Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office experience preferred)
* A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn, improve, and succeed
