Deep engagement with customers - Get to the heart of what people truly need through interviews and journey mapping to ensure the right product-market fit.

Designing sustainable business models - Develop strategies with longevity in mind, including market analyses (TAM/SAM/SOM) and financial viability.

Managing impact and performance - Keep an eye on the numbers, measure outcomes, and continuously improve how your venture delivers value.

Collaborating to move faster - Build supportive, cross-functional partnerships with other startups, researchers, and tech experts.

Championing your vision - Clearly articulate your purpose and progress to secure the backing needed to bring your vision to life.

You've helped shape something from nothing - Whether through a start-up or innovation team, you've built and adapted in response to real-world feedback.

You think analytically and act with empathy - You balance data-driven decision-making with a keen understanding of people and systems.

You're a connector and communicator - You bring others along on the journey and are skilled at managing relationships across different teams.

You embrace iterative, user-first thinking - You're fluent in lean start-up, agile ways of working, and human-centered design.

It would be great if you had:

Hands-on experience in B2B or SME ventures.

A background in energy or similarly complex, regulated industries.

Lived the founder journey or been an early team member.

Navigated innovation inside a large organisation.

Pitched and secured early-stage funding (Seed or Series A).

Location -London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB with travel to our other sites when required.

Working environment: Flexible hybrid working - a blend of in the office and home working.

Work life balance - we work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM to service our customers and make sure they have an unforgettable experience.

26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year - this includes a guaranteed day off for your birthday if you want it.

Generous pension scheme (you contribute 5%, we contribute 6%, increasing to 10% after 2 years)
