Role Overview We're looking for a skilled POS System Trainer to join our Customer Support team. This role involves delivering training to customers both remotely and on-site, supporting their use of our solutions to optimize retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Training: Provide training on our POS system to help customers maximize its benefits.
Support: Resolve advanced customer issues with a focus on excellent service.
Consulting: Advise customers on best practices for retail optimization.
Documentation: Develop and update training guides and support materials.Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in retail consulting, training, or related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT and cloud-based solutions.
Retail Insight: Knowledge of retail challenges, especially in outdoor and cycling.
Travel: Willing to travel within the UK and internationally.
Communication: Clear and effective communicator.Benefits

Salary starting at £34,000
