Planner

12 Month Fixed Term Contract 

Location: Coalville

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Per Week

Basic Salary: £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 Per Annum Plus Bonus,

Planner role:

Planning work for Installations across the UK via Paragon software and system as a Planner
Present documentation and paperwork undertake relevant work onsite.
Organise and plan diary ensuring effective diary and time management.
Undertake Finance and Invoicing duties for all scheduled and complete work.
Liaise with Clients over the telephone providing a world class customer service.
Follow up scheduled work ensuring relevant charges are applied as a Planner
Handle inbound telephone calls and emails appropriately.
Maintain internal database as a Planner
Liaise with internal and external stake holders in scheduling and planning jobs.
Work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment  
Maintain and book in regular service Intervals for tools and equipment.
Update and manage in house processes and procedures as a Planner

Planner Candidate:

Experience in using PARAGON software is ESSENTIAL
Highly competent of using all Microsoft office packages such as Microsoft Excel  
Good written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Ability to remain calm within a highly pressured environment.
Initiative-taking and ability to work on your own initiative as a Planner Schedular
