Wastewater Area Sales Manager - Construction | Northampton

Summary:

You’ll be joining a leading specialist company that offers the largest fleet of wastewater treatment solutions in the UK as Area Sales Manager for the Construction industry.

The Job:

•    As Area Sales Manager you will be required to manage a team of sales people.
•    You will be tasked with growing the business across the South of the UK, while maintaining a positive team balance.
•    You'll have hiring responsibility and you’ll develop the ongoing growth strategy.
•    You’re supported by fantastic marketing, technical and operational teams.
•    You'll still be required to sell to key accounts in the region.

The Ideal Candidate:

•    You’ll have experience across the construction market or have a technical background.
•    You will ideally have experience selling to water utilities companies.
•    Experience managing engineers and technical staff is also a huge plus.
•    There are lots of large projects which you’ll need experience in dealing with.
•    Comfortable with travelling. 
•    You can be based from the Midlands to East Anglia.
