Our client, a prominent entity in the defence sector, is currently seeking a Strategy Professional to join their team on a contract basis at their Warton site. This position focuses on contributing to strategic projects within the defence and security domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the organisation's goals
Conducting comprehensive market and competitor analysis
Supporting the formulation of long-term strategic objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies
Providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Monitoring industry trends and emerging issues relevant to the defence sector
Delivering detailed strategy reports and presentations to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with security requirements (BPSS + SC)

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within the defence and security sectors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesise complex data into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments
Understanding of security clearance requirements (BPSS + SC)
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline

Contract Details:

Location: Warton
Contract Duration: 18 months
On-Site Requirement: 3-4 days per week
Security Clearance: BPSS + SC
