Quantity Surveyor (Permanent) – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 + package (DOE)

We are working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure sub-contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual elements of civil engineering projects across the region. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of schemes, including infrastructure, groundworks, and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the commercial management of projects from start to finish

*

Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts

*

Advising project teams on contractual and cost-related matters

*

Engaging with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to secure best value

*

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Previous experience as a QS within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors

*

Strong understanding of NEC contracts (or similar)

*

Confident negotiator with strong communication skills

*

Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider project team
