Key Responsibilities:
Owning the sales process from initial enquiry to purchase order
Attending key customer visits to build and develop strong business relationships
Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote its products and services
Managing the preparation, submission, and tracking of proposals, bids, and tenders
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive proposals
Ensuring each proposal meets customer requirements and aligns with company objectives
Monitoring and following up on tender processes to secure successful outcomes
Providing detailed reports and analysis on proposal activities and outcomes
Job Requirements:
Experience in managing proposals, bids, and tenders within the oil & gas sector
Strong understanding of the sales process, from enquiry to purchase order
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Proficiency in preparing detailed and competitive proposals
Capability to represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
