Job Title: Production Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

Location: Poole
Full Time: Monday - Friday, Friday half day finish

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations on the shop floor. This is a key role that ensures production runs smoothly, tasks stay on track, and any challenges are addressed promptly.

Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal & Fabrication Main Duties:

Oversee and coordinate shop floor activities to ensure a seamless production process.
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving production-related issues.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure production deadlines are met.
Collaborate with the production team, management, and other departments to optimise operations.
Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the production process.
Foster a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing health and safety procedures.
Provide hands-on support with welding and fabricating when required.Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal & Fabrication Skills:

Previous hands-on experience in a sheet metal or fabrication environment.
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of prioritising tasks and managing workflow efficiently.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
