IT Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Line)

Duration: 3+ Month Contract(Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: (Apply online only) Pound per hour Inside IR35
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our client team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide first and second-line IT support, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of production and development systems. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and onsite.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware issues.
Support the imaging process and build new laptops for deployment.
Handle mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms.
Provide basic printer support and assist with related technical queries.
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated technical knowledge of IT infrastructure environments.
Experience with L1 and L2 troubleshooting in a professional environment.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to effectively communicate with users.
Relevant experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware.
