Junior Retrofit Coordinator
Role Overview:
The Junior Retrofit Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified professional to kickstart their career in retrofit coordination. This role supports the Senior Retrofit Coordinator and Head of Retrofit in delivering high-quality retrofit projects while ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards. The position focuses on administrative and project coordination tasks, providing a valuable foundation for future growth in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
* Assist the Senior Retrofit Coordinator and Head of Retrofit with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
* Maintain organised, accurate, and accessible project records, ensuring they are ready for audits and reviews.
* Update and manage project data within the company’s software system to ensure real-time accuracy.
2. Project Coordination
* Facilitate seamless communication between assessors, advisors, designers, and installation teams.
* Assist in scheduling surveys, assessments, and installations, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
* Track project milestones, proactively reporting any delays or discrepancies to the Senior Retrofit Coordinator.
3. Compliance and Documentation
* Support the preparation and submission of compliance documents in adherence to PAS 2035 standards.
* Conduct pre-installation compliance checks, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Collaborate with regulatory bodies and funding agencies to ensure smooth documentation processes.
4. Customer Engagement
* Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries about their retrofit projects.
* Partner with the Customer Service team to deliver clear, timely, and professional communication.
5. Support Senior Retrofit Coordinator
* Contribute to more complex projects by assisting with project timelines, quality assurance, and compliance tracking.
* Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Senior Retrofit Coordinator, ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit initiatives.
6. Learning and Development
* Participate in professional development programs to enhance knowledge of retrofit processes, compliance standards, and project management techniques.
* Work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects.
Key Tasks:
* Administrative: Prepare documents, schedule activities, and maintain accurate project data.
* Coordination: Assist with project timelines, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication across teams.
* Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to PAS 2035 standards and assist with regulatory submissions.
* Customer Support: Provide updates and solutions to customers throughout their retrofit journey.
* Team Support: Collaborate with senior team members on complex tasks to drive project success.
Collaboration:
* With the Senior Retrofit Coordinator: Assist with coordination, quality assurance, and documentation tasks.
* With the Head of Retrofit: Provide vital administrative and compliance support for project delivery.
* With the Customer Service Team: Ensure customer communication is clear, professional, and aligned with project progress.
