Conduct surveys to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accessibility.

Collaborate with council leaders, school officials, and contractors.
What You Bring

Proven experience in building maintenance, refurbishment, and project management.
*
Proficiency in AutoCAD, NBS, NSR, and industry standards.
*
Strong knowledge of construction law, compliance, and procurement regulations.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
*
A full UK driving licence and a passion for site-based work.
