Live Role: Quantity Surveyor

A well-established main contractor, with over 80 years of experience, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team near the M11 Junction (Essex/Herts). The role offers a great package and opportunities for progression.

* Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

* Car Allowance: 10% of salary

* Bonus: Lucrative bonus structure, achieved annually (sometimes twice)

* Holidays: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + extra days off over Christmas

* Projects: Education, commercial, public buildings, and social housing refurbishments

* Location: Predominantly office-based (4 days/week) with 1 site visit per week

* Workload: A mix of SOR, JCT, NEC contracts, valuations, traditional sector projects

* Experience Required:

* Previous experience overseeing a variety of main contracting projects

* Strong understanding of cash flows and CVRs

* Proactive and IT literate
