About the Role
As Customer Account Manager, you’ll be the key contact for our client’s, ensuring their orders are processed smoothly, their stock levels are maintained, and their expectations are met. This role requires a strong communicator and problem-solver who can confidently manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
· Overseeing end-to-end order process, from verifying details to liaising with production teams.
· Preparing quotations and working closely with internal teams to provide product specifications.
· Monitoring stock levels and forecasting demand to ensure availability and service continuity.
· Managing deliveries and logistics, including tracking production timelines and handling customs requirements.
· Keeping customers informed with regular updates, service reviews and site visits.
· Working alongside quality team to manage product approvals and signoffs.
· Handling customer complaints professionally, investigating issues and providing resolutions.
· Produce reports on sales, stock levels and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
· Proactively promote products, supporting business growth opportunities.
About you
· You’ll have proven experience in account management, order processing, or a similar role
· Display very strong organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with forecasting, reporting, and stock control
· A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
