Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking five dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Barking and Dagenham.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech and Language difficulties.
Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring they feel safe and encouraged.
Help with daily classroom activities, including one-to-one and small group sessions.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning and behavior.
A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
