A Technical Services / M&E Manager - Central London

O'Neill & Brennan are currently on the search for a Technical Services / M&E Manager for a growing Main Contractor.

The project is based in Central London.

Project Details;

* Value £50+

* Currently on Stage 4 ( Shortly moving onto Stage 5)

* Fit Out

* Shell & Core

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee one M&E contractor, ensuring project interests are safeguarded

* Maintain hands-on involvement on-site with the support of a junior manager

* Manage MEP insulation and ensure quality assurance and commissioning are completed to high standards

* Drive the project from start to finish, focusing on delivery and QA/QC

Requirements:

* Strong experience managing M&E packages on £40m + projects.

* Experience with either a sub-contractor or main contractor/developer 3-5 years

* ideally immediately available ( will wait for the right candidate) and flexible for a 1st stage interview.

* Have expeience with commercial projects
