Senior Air Conditioning Engineer – Service and Maintenance / Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Senior Air Conditioning for our client based in Hemel Hempstead.

We are looking to employ a dedicated Senior Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to commit to this permanent position.

Duties:

· Diagnosing & resolving service and breakdown calls for varying Commercial & Domestic client sites across London and the Home Counties.

· As a Lead Engineer will assist in training , supervising and being a role model.

· Completing planned Maintenance & Service on split, multi-split, VRV, VRF and AHU systems at the varying sites.

· All works recorded timely & clearly to meet & exceed our customers’ expectations.

Experience Needed/ About You:

· Proven track record of servicing, fault finding and repairing a wide range of air conditioning & ventilation systems and associated equipment.

· Customer focused with the ability to converse directly with our clients in a clear, personable & knowledgeable manner.

· Can do’ attitude with the aptitude to continue to develop their skill.

· Clear communication skills, written and verbal.

· Good team work ethic with supervisory skills and confidence to use initiative when required.

· Must be responsible, good time management and work off own initiative effectively.

· 5 years + AC, AHU & Ventilation PPM & Fault-Finding experience minimum.

Pay/ Salary:

· Annual Salary £50 k + depending on experience

· Van, Fuel Card, Phone & Tablet.
