* P-Way Technicians: Skilled in track laying, tamping, and ballast renewal? We want you!

* P-Way Team Leaders: Experience of running track gangs and driving results.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 3 years in railway track renewals.

* Certifications: PTS, Small Tools, COSS (Desirable)

* Team Player: Collaboration is key. We’re a tight-knit crew.

* Adaptability: Railways don’t sleep, and neither do we. Be ready for l night shifts & weekend work.
