Position Overview

We invite you to become a vital part of our night operations team, enhancing your skills in a multifaceted environment at our Asphalt plant in Sheffield. The Multi Skilled Night Operative role will see you engaging in a variety of tasks essential to the continuous operation of our facilities.

Core Responsibilities

Weighbridge Duties – weighing customers in/out, creating and working with contracts, running reports in the E1 system, workbench administration, purchasing using the coupa system.

Operating the Loading shovel inclusive of fork attachments.

Mixing on the Asphalt plant ensuring compliance to the company quality plan.

Basic maintenance and housekeeping duties.

Promote and sell complimentary products

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in a similar operational role is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.

Loading Shovel experience is a plus.

You will need to develop a sound appreciation of Health & Safety, housekeeping and environmental regulations
