Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism in a nurturing reception class environment.

Your Role

As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism in the reception class.
Assist with classroom activities, sensory play, and tailored interventions.
Foster a positive, supportive relationship that builds confidence and engagement.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the child's needs are met effectively.
Be a patient, proactive, and understanding presence in the classroom.

Have experience working with children with Autism or other additional needs (ideally in an early years or primary setting).
Are enthusiastic about helping young learners reach their full potential.
Are a strong communicator with a positive and flexible approach.
