A rapid growing European Environmental firm require a PA to support their CFO and small office on an ongoing temp basis.

The role:

Provide diary and inbox management for the CFO and wider team
Act as the first point of contact for the office
Arranging travel both national and international
Minute meetings and collating agendas
Arranging meetings and catering when required
PowerPoint Presentations
Processing expenses
Liaising with other TA's and PA across the business
Assisting with the on-boarding of new team members (including IT orders, orgainisng passes, liaising with building staff)The ideal candidate:

Available ASAP on going until Summer 2025
Previous experience in a similar role essential
Hold strong attention to detail
Proactive, organised and ability to prioritise essential
Hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal
