Job Description:

* Oversee the construction and maintenance of data centres within the region

* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

* Manage a team of skilled contractors and subcontractors

* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency

* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

* Manage project budgets and track expenses

* Conduct regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
