What You’ll Do:
As the Responsible Clinician, you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs. You will:
?⚕️ Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans and ensure patient progress
? Oversee discharge coordination, and liaise with Commissioners on admissions, progress, and planning
? Implement a patient-centered approach, ensuring the best outcomes for each individual
? Provide clinical leadership and ensure evidence-based practices are followed
? Participate in the non-residential on-call rota (second on-call)
What We’re Looking For:
? GMC registration and proven experience in adult psychiatry
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff
?? Autonomous working with the ability to make sound decisions that impact patient care
? A creative problem-solver, bringing evidence-based solutions to real-world challenges
? Passion for working in a collaborative, recovery-focused environment
