Payroll Services Coordinator (Contract - Until Dec 2024)
Location: London (West End) ASAP Start

A leading retail brand in London's West End is seeking a Payroll Services Coordinator to join on a contract basis until the end of 2024. This role will manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure seamless HR support during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly outsourced payrolls (local & shadow payrolls), including starters/leavers, benefits, and pensions.
Ensure tax compliance (P45/P60/P11D, HMRC) and collaborate with Finance on payroll accounting.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries.
Manage POs, invoices, vendor setup, and IR35 compliance.
Maintain HRIS data integrity through monthly audits.
Oversee expat payroll/benefits with external providers
Support payroll budgeting (SAP BPC) and annual insurance renewals.Ideal Candidate

2-3 years' UK payroll experience (retail sector a plus).
Proficiency in UK payroll law and systems
Strong Excel skills, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach.Contract Details
