£30,000 pro rata
An organic food company based in Kingston are on the looking for an experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
This role requires a dynamic and active person with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
Work across UK and EU companies
Maintain the Finance Email inbox
Log invoices/debit notes/documents onto Day Books/Folders to be shared with colleagues
Post and allocate Amazon and customer remittance advices onto NetSuite ERP
Post and allocate approved invoices/ debit notes onto NetSuite ERP
Maintain credit card receipts and reconciliations before posting onto NetSuite ERP
Ad hoc administration tasks
Accounts Assistant Specification:
Conscientious and detail/data driven
To have accounts experience
Able to prioritise and manage expectations
To be local
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and good typing skills are essential
Basic Accounting knowledge and experience would be advantageous
