An established organisation in the Hackney area is looking for a Trades Supervisor to join the team on a temporary basis, until March 2025. This role is offering both office and on-site work, a van for business use and the ability to gain further experience.

Trades Supervisor

Monday to Friday

£22-25ph via umbrella

Temporary - until March 2025

Hackney (office/ site work)

As a Trades Supervisor, you will:

Ensure Health & Safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and lead toolbox talks.
Manage multi-trades, drive productivity, and oversee performance.
Be responsible for scoping void works and post-inspecting works to ensure they meet Lettable standards.
Lead on quality assurance through regular audits and maintain documented records
Be overseeing operatives within void repairs, planned, or reactive maintenance is required.

As a Trades Supervisor, you will need to have:

A solid understanding of Health and Safety legislation
Recent experience in a similar role
Local Authority/Social Housing sector

We would like to speak to anyone with experience in Site Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor backgrounds.
