We are looking for a spectacular Senior Sous Chef to come in and help lead our fantastic team of chefs along with the head chef.

for the position we are looking for someone with revious michelin star restaurant experience. We require this as we want to hire the best and because we want to ensure ourselves we are hiring someone who is capable of working at the levels we require.

alongside this experience we also require someone who enjoys cooking food for the customers to enjoy everytime. We also look to develop our Chef de Parties well and so you will also be required to have the ability to help teach them techniques to develop their skills.
