A bespoke wealth management services provider is looking for a Secretary/Administrator to join their team based in York. This is an exciting opportunity for an Individual looking to work in a dynamic environment at a prestigious firm.
You will be ensuring the smooth operation and organisation of the business, performing Secretarial/administrative tasks to a high standard.
The role:
· Copy tying essential
· Open mail - distribute / scan
· Print off mail merges, letters, documents when required
What we are looking for:
· A proactive individual with strong secretarial skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer Literate with mail merge experience
· A confident and professional telephone manner
The successful candidate will also be required to pass a DBS
