The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering legal services to both private clients and business communities.

The Role:

As a Solicitor joining the Personal Injury Department, you'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including RTAs, employers' liability, and public liability claims.

Duties:

Efficiently manage a diverse caseload
Conduct work accurately and reliably in accordance with risk management procedures
Stay updated on legal changes and developments
Cultivate and sustain a network of contacts and referrers

Requirements

Previously worked as a Solicitor, Fee Earner, Legal executive or in a similar role.
Proven experience in Personal Injury Law
Competency in handling a variety of claims, including RTAs
Commitment to excellent client relationships and cost transparency
