A full time, permanent Operations Assistant is needed to provide a full range of client services in a business centres, focusing on the company’s key objectives of providing high quality client service, if successful, you'll work with the Centre Team to ensure that all client service requirements are met.
Responsibilities:-
* Providing a consistently high standard of customer care to the internal & external clients of the centre(s)
* Work as part of a team to provide the full range of operational & customer services on a day to day basis
* A strong focus on the accounts functions within the business – including cash handling, receipting, banking, invoicing & debt collection - Maintaining accurate records for billing purposes
* Support the Centre Manager & deal with complex client issues, the staff rotas, managing holiday periods, breaks, move ins & move outs
* A high standard of personal presentation & effective, articulate communication is essential as Operations Assistants are responsible for providing first-line customer care on a daily basis, representing all of the clients that use the centre(s)
* Ensuring the operation runs smoothly & efficiently through involvement in: services, standards, facilities, security, health & safety, IT & telecommunications, house-keeping, meeting & conference rooms set up & general client support, eg, post, telephone answering, meeting & greeting visitors
* Ensuring a high standard of service delivery is provided in all of these areas to maximise revenue generation
* Participate in centre & company training programmes, actively pursue training & development opportunities to drive self development
