Requirement for an assistant site manager to help a busy new build residential project in South Molton. The project is 200+ units and the site manager requires several weeks assistant site manager support.

The role will be immediate and the anticipated duration is for 2 weeks+ the ideal individual will have worked on new build housing projects before and will have knowledge of snagging lists and handing over plots (as time allows)

The individual will need SMSTS, CSCS + First aid
