Maintenance Team Leader / Engineer

Days only Monday to Friday: 6am - 2pm (Cover a 12pm - 10pm shift one week in every 6)

£40,000 - £45,000 (Team Leader experience will be top end of salary bracket)

My client based in Oldham are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with strong leadership experience to lead a team of 5 engineers at theier manufacturing site. The company have been established for quite some time and have been evolving year on year. This is a fast paced environment and will be suited to a person who enjoys working in this type of environment, with a true mix of planned and reactive work.

This role will be around 75% hands on with maintenance duties and the rest of the time spent dealing with management duties / paperwork.

Requirements for the Maintenance Team Leader:

Multi skilled - Up to 70/30 Mechanical Bias
Leadership experience
Manufacturing experience 
Open to candididates straight from the forces with strong leadership background
Must be level 3 qualified within engineering
Must have UK experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or Team Leader / Supervisor
