Property Administrator/Contract Administrator – Up to £32k – South West London / Middlesex
A client side firm are seeking an experienced property administrator to join their team, assisting in the operations of a commercial portfolio. The portfolio is made up of commercial assets such as office and retail units.
Job Responsibilities:
* Raising Purchase Orders
* Dealing
* Carrying out general and routing administrative support and duties
* Using software and accounts systems to maintain records and process purchase orders and invoices accurately
* Supporting property management duties
* Supporting the production of end of year budgets and financial audits
* Keeping track of contact details for occupiers, staff and service partners
* Carrying out ad-hoc tasks
* Keeping track of energy data and recording on the required system
* Understanding and implementing the company’s health and safety policy
Skills Required:
* Knowledge of accounting and budgeting
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a real estate firm
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Strong experience using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
