Our client is looking for a Service Technician for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen

ROLE

Carry out the inspection, testing and preparation of all equipment and services provided from the onshore base to meet clients’ operational requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure all equipment and services provided meet required deadlines.
Maintain all workshop plant, tools and equipment to relevant standards.
Prepare documentation accurately and neatly.
Participate in all safety meetings and training activities.
Carry out all inspection, testing, repair and certification to set procedures as per the Management System.
Flexibility to work to meet operational requirements.
To carry out any additional relevant activity that the company considers appropriate for the position.
Health and Safety

Take personal and legal responsibility for your own Health and Safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or don’t do.
Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner in line with current risk assessments and good working practices
Ensure accident/incidents are reported in a timely manner.
Ensure that any PPE issued or made available for use is used, maintained correctly and any loss or damage is minimised.
Quality:

To have a general understanding of the areas of our ISO management system that are relevant to the role, comply with company QHSE Policy and have a good understanding of company targets and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:

Standard Grades or equivalent.
Related Experience: Mechanical background with preferred technical qualification
Special Training: Product and Equipment Operations and Procedures
