HOURS: 40 hours per week, 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

ROLE PROFILE:

* Receiving calls to report product faults.

* Scheduling visits for engineers.

* Booking of equipment and organising permits accordingly.

* Raising customer quotations.

* Ensuring CRM systems are accurately entered and up to date.

* Liaising with external teams.

PERSON PROFILE:

* Be able to multitask and work under pressure.

* Experience working within a similar role.

* Friendly and approachable attitude.

* Excellent attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

* Highly organised with excellent communication skills.

* Excellent MS Office skills
