Role Overview:

? Position: Field Care Supervisor

? Location: Elmbridge

⏰ Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervision and Support: Provide supervision and support to our care team in the field, ensuring the highest quality of care delivery.

? Client Assessments: Conduct client assessments to develop personalized care plans in collaboration with our care coordinators.

?‍⚕️ Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

? Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

? Team Collaboration: Work closely with care coordinators, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in domiciliary care supervision.

* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
