Madisons Recruitment are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager on a permanent basis located in Hertfordshire or surrounding areas. 

Our client are an award winning multidisciplinary company, specialising in Assisted living Care Home build proejects within Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.  

Responsibilities

Assisting management team in the day-to-day operations.
Overseeing site teams up to 3 / 4 projects
Maintaining and creating client relationships.
Managing multiple projects
Providing progress reports 
Liasing with clients and giving feedback on project updates.
holiding site meetings
Requirements

5+ years’ Experience within the Care home Build Industry
SMSTS or SSSTS
CSCS Management card
Full UK Driver’s License
First aid course
Must be happy to attend Oxfordshire Head Office/Sites
