Finishing Manager required to work on 28 flats at Snagging stage on a new build in Croydon.

The Finishing Manager must be experienced in residential build and be used to driving trades, working from and compiling snag lists to execute to program and be a strong communicator on site. The ideal candidate must be able to use snagging software to document and report progress.

8-10 week contact 
Start Date is 8th July 
Day rate paid via CIS Umbrella 
1 stage interview on site then straight start 
The Finishing Manager will rewquire the follwoing Tickets
